Claris E-mailer by double clicking the program icon. |

| 2. Go
to the Setup pull-down menu and choose Internet
Setup. |

| You will see
the following screen. |

| 3. Enter
the following information: |
| |
| Account
Name - Enter your username in all lower case. |
| |
| User
Name - Enter your username which can be the same
as the Account Name. |
| |
| Email
Address - Enter your e-mail address like: username@yourdomain.com. |

| Email
Account - Enter your e-mail account like: username@yourdomain.com. |
| |
| Email
Password - Enter your password. |
| |
| SMTP host
- Enter your ISP's Smtp-server. |
| |
| 4. Click
Save. |

| Checking
Mail |
| |
| 1. Go
to your Mail/Connect Now menu. |
| |
 |
| |
| You will see
the following screen. |
| |

| 2. Click Connect to
have Claris Emailer retrieve your mail. When it does, you
will see the following screen. |

| 3. To
read a message, simply double click the one you want to
read. |

| Sending
Mail |
| |
| 1. Go
to the Mail/New pull-down menu. |
| |
| You will see
the following screen. |
| |

| |
| 2. Type
the subject of your message in the Subject field located
at the top of the screen. |

| 3. Fill
in the Recipient field with the name of the person you
wish to email. |
| |
| 4. Enter
the e-mail address of the person you wish to e-mail in
the Address field. |
| |
| 5. Write
your message in the large space provided. |
| |
| 6. When
done, click the Send Now button at the top of the screen. |
